Recognizing this reality, the University of Livingstonia Library has purposefully incorporated this robust digital platform. Our core objective is simple yet profound: we aim to bring the entirety of the library's resource network straight to the fingertips of our users, ensuring convenient, boundaryless research support whenever and wherever it is needed.
To ensure that our community is never left without guidance, we have actively incorporated an automated AI Assistant framework into our service portal. This responsive digital assistant stands ready to seamlessly address immediate user queries, navigate core workflows, and provide cataloging directions even in the physical absence of staff personnel or during off-peak library hours.
